Like most professional eyelash extension manufacturers on the market today, we use high-quality Korean PBT fiber as our raw material. However, after introducing the antibacterial eyelash concept, we further upgraded our raw material formula by incorporating food-grade antibacterial silver ions into the PBT fiber.

The addition of food-grade antibacterial silver ions not only preserves the lashes’ original softness and curl retention time but also enhances their cleanliness and reduces the likelihood of bacterial growth on the fiber surface.

Self Operated Lash Factory Full-chain Collaborative Production

Since the establishment of DancingSwan in 2005, we have continuously improved our eyelash manufacturing system and have established 5 factories, covering the entire process of eyelash production including raw material production, semi-finished product production and finished product production.

Our complete production system enables us to independently complete all production stages such as production, quality inspection and packaging without relying on external suppliers.

At the same time, we can strictly implement standardized production norms and processes at each stage, thereby ensuring the consistency of curliness, thickness and color of the glued eyelashes, as well as the stable quality of each batch of products.

Build Our Own Dust-free Cleaning Production Workshop

To standardize the production environment and product quality, we have established independent clean and dust-free production workshops for each production process of eyelashes, effectively improving the cleanliness of the eyelashes and ensuring that each process is carried out in accordance with the standardized procedures.

All production personnel must wear protective clothing and complete the full-body disinfection process before entering the production workshop to ensure that the entire production environment remains clean, orderly and controllable.

This provides a more stable and reliable quality guarantee for each box of grafted eyelashes and establishes a long-term and reliable supply foundation for global customers.

9-step Quality Control Process For Ensuring The Quality Of Lashes

DancingSwan’s 9 quality inspections cover the entire production process from raw material to semi-finished product to finished product.

In terms of raw materials, the focus will be on inspecting the thickness of the eyelash fibers, the tip of the eyelash, and the color of the eyelash;

in the semi-finished product inspection, the main attention will be on the density of the eyelash, the length of the eyelash, and the spacing of the eyelash tip;

finally, in the finished product inspection, the emphasis will be on checking the curliness of the eyelash, the eyelash label, and the accuracy of the eyelash order.

Manual Double Verification Mechanism

Among the 9 quality inspection processes, we implement an artificial double verification quality control mechanism.

Each batch of eyelash grafting products will be independently inspected by two technicians with approximately three years of production and quality control experience.

The two technicians need to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the same batch of products according to the unified quality standards.

Only when the results of both inspections are completely consistent and all meet the quality standards, can this batch of products proceed to the next production process or be allowed to be shipped out.

This dual artificial re-inspection mechanism effectively reduces the risk of human errors and strengthens the quality control capability through the process, ensuring that each batch of eyelash grafting products has higher consistency, stability and reliability.
